Tending towards third eye in relation -management? a compared thought

Bearing that enormous complexity in mind, at the beginning of the methodologydevelopment process tends towards self driven style , wherewe mean my family , my son ,daughter , and wife. Have you ever wondered whether therewas something like a relation-anatomy allowing us to study its structure,position and interrelation of its variousconnecting elements ? 

 Most family limit themselves to upgrade their children' skills through formal learningprograms. Which needs a lot of planning, costs and more. But, Ina dot net world, leveraging themembers in family network and experiences can be a greatway to build a culture of buildingand retaining a bonding , where asset are faded like . A culturedtheme can use to interacteach othersthought and to motivate others to learn something,which they do not need to want to benominated for. Building a culture that celebrates informal learning, sharingand building fragrant relation is more than what many learning and developmentteams struggle to create in other way by leaving all .

Any two people can get together and start the informal connecting in family journey. Imagine how much more powerful it could be if you got your entire system to try it out for an hour aweek. Once you get started leverage the team's network to bring in entrepreneurs,scientists, authors, engineers, professionals and other people etc to share howtheir thought is evolving and howthey are reinventing themselves towards this structuralmanagement system?

But , we are in turning point ,where role of a family system that really never resulted to a chaotic situation, which can back of all ills that we are currently witness to. But ,in an self-driven environment , The bunch of people manning the top slots leftno stone unturned in ensuring that their focus on their own selves and simultaneously shifting the blame to the public at large, contrast to a self-diversified family in which they have been claiming successful so far, without any connection to the third world , where every bodylooks happy, cherish and bloomy. For this ,they become jealous and down headed with shame as their children have not respecting their ideas, thoughts and belief for abetter and stronger united society , where we all for each other as god has given the system of thought . placing on earth is a blessing and living in unity is also a blessings to make a world a paradise without any say of law but every body is binding with each other as animal, people, trees, plants birds and sea to make above of a selfishless ness climate , which is a managementof relation-anatomy .

Consciousness some times indicate ,who am I ? why I come to this earth ? what is theuse of 'I'? , where I stands for selfish, always thinkof 'mine' & 'my' and not for “ours” . It isalright , but we must know , there is short span where weare here to N’Joy with the nature, man, animal , where everybody looks fresh and smiling .Body without 'I'do not understand , but I mustbe well managed in the family management system to make “We’and answerable to myresponsibility, and duties without any legal framework .But legality of object comes when Ido work selfishly for “my”, which resulted to a chaotic distressfulstructure where I gradually passthrough the nails, thrones and where it is like in desert , where there is no flower toblossom . As days has gone , where 'my' iswaiting for right and 'I' is in the cross road to ask , Whois “I”, where to go ? where no body asks to any body neither in a family nor in a society .

Simple management of family gives fragrance at unity , worse atalone but relation-retentionmanagement isnothing but to sacrifice without waiting for any right , nor to get any thing in future bymaking us flexibile.

…….. waiting for a third world is badbut once an individualfinds the clue , it is very easier to find the real truth , tosmile in the lives , get respect , where it costnothing . he/she realies the bonding which comes as an uncountable resources ,and that tends to N’Joy the Lifethrough a process of relation-management whether in family or society.
